  • 1 tablespoon apple pie spice

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup melted butter (for coating)

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Reduce the apple cider in a saucepan over medium heat until it's halved; set aside to cool.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Mix in dry ingredients along with reduced apple cider until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
