Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese (5.2 oz)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, cherry tomatoes or asparagus

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil your baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break apart the Boursin cheese into chunks and evenly distribute over each salmon fillet.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes if you want a golden top.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets before serving and garnish with parsley if desired.
