  • 13.8 oz tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3 black olives (for eyes)
  • Piece of red bell pepper (for forked tongues)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut black olives into small pieces for eyes and slice the red bell pepper into forked tongues.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into 12 strips.
  4. Roll each strip into a rope and shape one end into a head and the other into a tail.
  5. Wrap each dough rope around greased chopsticks or metal straws, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with poppy and sesame seeds.
  6. Add olive pieces for eyes on each snake's head.
  7. Bake on parchment-lined sheets for 11 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. While warm, insert red pepper pieces into the tip of each snake for tongues.
