  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the Turkey Bacon and dicing the jalapeño.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, chopped Turkey Bacon, green onions, and jalapeño.
  3. In another bowl, mix together Ranch dressing, mayonnaise, sour cream, whole milk, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and gently fold until well combined.
