  • 24 squares graham crackers
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can (12 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  2. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor, crumble graham crackers and combine with melted butter and sugar until mixed. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Bake crust for 10-12 minutes until golden; let cool.
  5. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks in a bowl. Add fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
