  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 package cheese-filled ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cook the cheese-filled ravioli according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the beef mixture on the bottom, followed by a single layer of ravioli. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Allow cooling for a few minutes before serving.
