  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the skillet by scraping up browned bits.
  4. Add gnocchi and simmer for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream; simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the skillet along with Parmesan cheese; stir until melted.
  7. Adjust seasoning before serving.
