  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy melts for coating
  • Decorations (sprinkles, candy eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with baking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil. Beat at medium speed for about 2 minutes until well mixed and pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for about 10 minutes before crumbling into a bowl.
  4. Mix in the frosting thoroughly until combined and shape into one-inch balls on a tray.
  5. Chill the cake balls for at least two hours.
  6. Melt the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals of 30 seconds.
  7. Dip one end of each stick into melted candy and insert into each ball; freeze for about 20 minutes.
  8. Dip each cake pop into melted candy melts until fully coated and decorate immediately.
