  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
  • 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the refrigerator.
  2. For the crust, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press evenly into a tart pan and chill.
  3. For the filling, melt dark and milk chocolate together in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Whip heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form and fold in chilled butter. Combine with melted chocolate until well mixed.
  4. Pour filling into the prepared crust, smoothing it out evenly. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.
  5. For the spider web topping, melt white cooking chocolate with heavy cream until smooth. Use a piping bag to drizzle over the tart in a spider web pattern.
