  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup unseasoned whole wheat bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • dried parsley
