  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1¼ cups of shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay a double layer of cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheese in the center.
  3. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the cheese-covered cling wrap and top with remaining cheddar.
  4. Wrap the cling wrap around the mixture to form a ball shape; use rubber bands to mold it into a pumpkin.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving with a bell pepper stem on top.
