  • 4 cups white chocolate chips (24 ounces)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (8 ounces)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
  2. Stir sweetened condensed milk until smooth and pour into a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips with the condensed milk in the microwave on half power for about 1 minute. Stir well, then continue heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Mix in pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and spices until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and refrigerate for at least four hours until set.
  6. Once firm, lift the fudge from the pan using the foil edges and cut into bite-sized pieces.
