  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until mixed well. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Spread the seedless raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top, swirling gently without disturbing the raspberry layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans evenly over the condensed milk layer, pressing them down slightly.
