  5. Fill hot jars with the mixture, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Remove air bubbles and clean jar rims.
  6. Seal jars with lids and process in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  7. Cool jars undisturbed for 12-24 hours before checking seals.
