  • 16 oz box Rotini pasta
  • 1/23/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (diced)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 oz can black olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 large cucumber (peeled and diced)
  • 12 slices chopped Buddig Honey chicken
  • 10 chopped Frigo Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese sticks
  • 1 cup sliced Old Wisconsin Turkey Sausage Sticks
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Small pie pumpkin (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with roasted red peppers, onion, olives, cucumber, chicken, cheese sticks, and turkey sausage.
  3. Add Italian dressing and toss gently to coat. Adjust dressing as desired.
