  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the bourbon, pineapple juice, BBQ sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade.
  4. Grill the chicken for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Optionally brush with additional BBQ sauce before removing from the grill.
